Across the way was an explosion of tutu’s and shockingly bright polyester colors that stopped me dead in my tracks. As if the advent of football hadn’t tipped me off to it. The holidays are coming. Even at 40, I still fell a small thrill…right before the fear. The knowledge of how behind we really are.

Hoffbrau Steaks offers private dining rooms available for parties, business presentations, meetings, reunions, family celebrations, or any special needs you may have. Feel free to tell us your special menu and arrangement needs and let us customize for you. Our Hoffbrau locations in Amarillo, Haltom City, and Dallas West End are all waiting to serve you, with our award winning food, service excellence, and the no frills casual welcome we call, steaks and smiles.
How do I get my private party at Hoffbrau Steaks, the way I want it?
- Just like our great state, we keep it simple!
- Call the store your interested in hosting at. Ask for a manager. You’ll get them fastest from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m, or 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., but we’re always here to help. I’ve put a link over each store’s name below.
- What do you want to serve? Anything you have to have? We have plenty of ideas if you don’t, but we love to hear yours!
- Ask lots of questions! Also, ask to come on in for a visit! We’d love to sit down with you for a “tasting!” It’s on us, we’ll show off some of our best items, and help you make decisions.
- Think about how you want the room to look.
- Tell the manager any concerns you have-budget, diet, etc. We’re used to “special.” We can accomodate anything, and usually alleviate any worries. Got a magic number you have to make? No worries? We can work with you on anything!
- Agree on a date, time, sign on arrangements, and email us back. In most cases, we can take care of you in minutes if necessary!
Our private dining menus can be served at lunch or dinner, and all feature our award-winning steak, including the cut Texas is famous for, the 16-ounce Cowboy Cut Bone-in Ribeye, served in the perfect, authentic ambience that we’re known for. Hundreds of satisfied guests have joined us for their celebrations and meetings.

Our Banquet Room, where parties can seat comfortably up to 80, is an ideal setting for presentations with a dedicated screen equipped for easy access to visual and audio connections, and Wi-Fi, and still rustic enough for a casual holiday gathering.
Natural light illuminates our warm, inviting No Bull Room, with seating up to 50, but perfect for 12. The charm of a rustic Texas lodge invites you to relax and enjoy yourself, surrounded by western lighting, antlers, saddles, and one of Amarillo’s most unique dining venues.

Guests and families have come to historic Old West End Dallas for years to try Texas’ most authentic and best priced steaks in our area.
